When it comes to creating a visual representation of the journey you’ve been on, we start from a place of intention. We don’t superimpose details or try and have your story nailed down to a specific mold. Instead, we listen. We seek to understand. We arrive at your wedding with an open heart, documenting your love story in your own words and the words of those who love you.

THIS IS THE FOUNDATION OF OUR MARRIAGE.
Together, we’ve backpacked around the world, had many difficult conversations, drank too much coffee, hosted family gatherings, and bathed in the utterly profound joy of feeling known and loved by another person. In 2023, we were blessed with our little girl Shiloh. She’s our third shooter in training and would absolutely melt your heart.
We were born and raised in Kansas (#goCats), and our paths crossed back in college. Grace instantly thought David was hot and holy (even though he took his sweet time asking her out!). In the end, it was God—and Grace’s best friend—who brought us together.

David
David is a medical resident on his way to becoming a surgeon. While he may not show face around here a lot, you can trust that he is handling all of the details behind the scenes. Whether it’s contracts, taxes, or keeping Grace in line to finish edits, he is the backbone of our whole operation. You can also find him hiking, playing sports or lovin’ on his girls.

Grace
Meet Grace. She's joyful, people-oriented and a literal walking beam of sunshine. You'll interact with her most since she is the (pretty) face of the business. When she's not busy crafting soulful, hype film edits, she's out running, spending time with friends and savoring the perfect cup of coffee.

Anthan
Anthan (and his wife Taylor) are our dear friends! Hands down, he is one of the most creative and infectious people out there. Down-to-earth, thoughtful, and a blast to hang out with, he's a great addition to the Foundation Film Co. team. When he's not behind the camera, Anthan works as a school para and loves to game.

Small pieces of our lives
The idea for Foundation Film Co. was birthed in a shawarma restaurant in India. We’re passionate about travelling the world and experiencing all its delicious flavors. (We’re big foodies!) We also spent the first year of our marriage abroad so travelling is in the DNA of our union.
Did we mention we love coffee?! Seriously, when we’re not doing our day jobs we’re busy being self-proclaimed coffee critics. We’ve got our criteria down to a fine art/ science. (Lmk if you’d like our checklist for this)
Fall is one of our fave seasons because we both go nuts over sports. And if you were wondering – Grace was a big Chiefs fan waaaay fan before T-Swift came to town (although she’s not mad about ya girl joining her fanbase).
